Good-tempered dogs are welcome in specific rooms, subject to conditions , with an extra charge of €40 per night.

Major debit/credit cards, cash payments in Euro and bank transfers are accepted. Personal cheques or currencies are not accepted.

Reservations, Cancellations, No shows

Credit/Debit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit/debit cards prior to the guest’s arrival.

1. All reservations require a hundred percent (100%) prepayment.
2. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will have no charge.
3. Cancellations made less than 13 days prior to arrival will be charged with one night’s accommodation fees.
4. If the reservation is made within 7 days of arrival, a full non-refundable payment is required.
5. For ‘no shows’ the full amount will be payable.
6. In cases of multiple modifications/cancellations on a reservation, the hotel may ask for 100% prepayment of the total reservation value and then issue a voucher equal to the value paid which will be valid for the next 3 months.
7. The hotel reserves its right to decline:
   a. A modification on existing reservation
   b. A refund on cancellation
